This role is a senior individual contributor responsible for translating business challenges into analytical solutions and delivering measurable business value through data-driven decision making.Outcomes and Activities:\nThis position will work from home; occasional planned travel to our Southfield, Michigan office may be required. However, this position is permitted to work at our Southfield, Michigan office if requested by the team member.\nDevelop and support statistical and machine learning models that drive strategic business decisions and deliver measurable business value.\nDevelop analytical code and data processes to acquire, transform, validate, and analyze large datasets.\nTranslate business objectives into analytical solutions and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.\nSupport model governance, testing, implementation, documentation, and ongoing performance monitoring.\nShare technical knowledge and contribute to a collaborative analytics environment.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or another quantitative discipline.\n1+ years of experience developing predictive models or performing advanced analytics in a business or research environment. (Analyst)\n3+ years of experience developing predictive models or performing advanced analytics in a business or research environment.
