The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI and/or Flask, along with strong expertise in PostgreSQL and AWS cloud services.\n\nYou will work closely with Product, Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to design and deliver reliable, secure, and scalable backend solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.\n\n- Build robust APIs and backend applications using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.\n\n- Design API contracts, validation, error handling, authentication, and service integrations.\n\n- Develop and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL and SQL.\n\n- Design efficient database schemas, queries, indexes, and data-access patterns.\n\n- Build services that operate reliably in distributed and highly scalable architectures.\n\n- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, and API Gateway.\n\n- Apply best practices for scalability, availability, reliability, security, observability, and cost optimization.\n\n- Manage and automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC).\n\n- Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues and drive root-cause analysis and resolution.\n\n- Write clean, modular, reusable, testable, and maintainable code.\n\n- Collaborate with Frontend, QA, Product, DevOps, and other Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.\n\nWhat We're Looking For :\n\n- 3 -
