We’ve grown significantly in the last 18 months and are evolving our Marketing structure to reflect that.\nAbout the role\nWe're looking for a proactive, people-first IT Support Engineer to join our IT & InfoSec team, based full-time in our Bengaluru office. You'll be the go-to person for all things IT in Bangalore, as well as helping to support our team in London, helping with everything from laptops to large events, and keeping things running smoothly.\nYou'll work closely with the rest of our IT & InfoSec team. It's a brilliant opportunity to broaden your skills across both IT and security in a fast-moving, supportive environment with real room to grow.\nResponsibilities\nProvide 1st and 2nd line IT support for Bengaluru - the friendly first point of contact for colleagues in Bengaluru and remotely in London as required.\nKeep desktops and laptops running smoothly across macOS and Windows.\nManage helpdesk tickets end to end - resolving what you can, escalating what you can't.\nSupport onboarding, movers and leavers, so people have the right kit and access from day one.\nManage devices through our MDM tools - Mosyle (Mac) and Intune (Windows) and keep hardware tracked and in good shape.\nSupport internal events and all-hands, including AV and meeting-room setup.\nHelp keep us secure - day-to-day checks across endpoint protection, email security and web/data protection, plus monitoring alerts in our SIEM (Splunk Cloud) and escalating where needed.\nGet involved in IT projects - we'd love your ideas, and you may even lead work packages. \nWhat you'll need to succeed\n\nEssential\nConfident supporting both macOS and Windows.\nExperience in a helpdesk or user-support role.\nA calm, methodical approach and comfort managing several priorities at once.\nFantastic communication skills - we’re at the centre of what Creditspring does.\nFriendly and collaborative - you enjoy helping people and explaining things clearly.\nMac management with Mosyle, Jamf or Kandji.\nNice to have (or keen to learn)\nWindows endpoint management, ideally with Intune.\nMicrosoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD).\nEveryday tools like Slack, Notion and Basecamp.\nJira Service Management, or similar ticketing.\nNetworking basics (VLANs, subnetting, security) and any exposure to Fortinet, Meraki or ProCurve.\nBasic cloud awareness (AWS).\nExperience in a regulated industry, e.g. finance or defence.\nDon’t meet all the listed requirements?
