Our technology powers the most reliable and energy-efficient connections around the world - and our team powers new products and markets that come next.\nResponsibilities\nResponsible for system-level tests, including functional regression coverage and performance validation across protocol and use-case scenarios.\nBuild automation scripts for test execution, data collection, and analysis using Python or other programming languages, and conduct environmental and reliability stress testing, including thermal cycling, voltage margining, and soak tests.\nAnalyze test results, identify root causes, and drive resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.\nSupport platform bring-up, firmware validation, and vendor qualification for high-speed modules, and contribute to DSP bring-up and tuning, including writing low-level code for signal processing and link optimization.\nDebug signal integrity and link performance issues using VNA, BERT, and oscilloscope.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Physics, or a related field.\nHands-on experience with high-speed transceivers such as QSFP-DD, OSFP, and AEC, and related lab instruments (e.g., oscilloscope, BERT, and VNA).\nFamiliarity with DSP architecture and the ability to write bring-up and tuning code.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team, with good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across hardware, firmware, and manufacturing teams.\nPassion for high-speed signaling, system-level validation, and continuous learning.\nAbout Credo\nCredo’s mission is to transform connectivity at scale through fast, reliable, and energy-efficient system solutions.
