The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location. Our technology powers the most reliable and energy-efficient connections around the world - and our team powers new products and markets that come next.\nResponsibilities\nBuild a cloud-native platform to unify factory, validation, and field telemetry.\nFormalize expertise in NIC/switch interop to accelerate root-cause resolution.\nUse continuous AI/ML-driven feedback loops to optimize DSP and link performance.\nExpand validation to cover Ethernet, PCIe, and CXL at a system level.\nOwn the system validation roadmap and qualification plan for DSP chips and related product families.\nLead validation activities from engineering development through internal qualification.\nEstablish validation methodologies, test coverage metrics, and quality standards.\nDrive risk assessment and validation readiness reviews throughout the product lifecycle.\nValidate functionality, performance, and interoperability across platforms and ecosystems.\nVerify compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.\nPerform end-to-end link validation in server, switch, storage, and AI accelerator environments.\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline; A Master's degree is preferred.\n12+ years of experience in system validation, hardware testing, product qualification, or related roles.\nFive years of technical leadership experience.\nFamiliarity with Ethernet standards/PCIe compliance/InfiniBand architecture/CXL ecosystem.\nStrong experience with high-speed interconnect technologies and networking systems.\nDeep understanding of:Signal Integrity (SI).\nSystem-level validation.\nProtocol compliance testing.\nHardware debugging.\nRoot-cause analysis.\nExperience with Linux environments and scripting languages such as Python.\n\nAbout Credo\nCredo’s mission is to transform connectivity at scale through fast, reliable, and energy-efficient system solutions.
