Our technology powers the most reliable and energy-efficient connections around the world - and our team powers new products and markets that come next.\nResponsibilities\nConfigure and manage networking technologies across LAN and WAN environments, and implement network architecture and integrate with enterprise systems.\nMonitor network services, performance, and uptime end-to-end, and provide Tier I-II troubleshooting and operational support.\nExecute change management and patch management activities, and manage network-related procurement, including vendor evaluation and selection.\nCreate and maintain clear, structured documentation for operations and policy requirements, and develop automation to streamline recurring operational tasks.\nCollaborate with cross-functional IT teams to continuously improve network services and security posture.\nQualifications\nBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology, Security, or a related field, with three or more years of hands-on network experience in high-tech or enterprise environments.\nStrong grasp of core networking concepts, security principles, and network operation services, including DHCP, DNS, TACACS, and network automation.\nProven experience with firewalls, switch configuration, scripting, and high-availability designs with redundancy.\nFamiliarity with modern network hardware, solutions, and services.\nDemonstrated experience contributing to enterprise-level network implementations or major upgrades. \nPreferred QualificationsCCNP certification or equivalent.\nFirewall configuration experience (Palo Alto, FortiGate, Juniper, or SonicWall), and TACACS implementation and administration.\nCisco and Arista programming experience, and Python scripting.\nCloud networking in GCP and AWS.\nExperience with monitoring tools such as PRTG, Pingdom, or ZenDuty.\nAbout Credo\nCredo’s mission is to transform connectivity at scale through fast, reliable, and energy-efficient system solutions.
