This role will be responsible for front-end ASIC design, including RTL implementation and verification of complex logic blocks. Our technology powers the most reliable and energy-efficient connections around the world - and our team powers new products and markets that come next.\nResponsibilities\nOwn the execution of automated and manual optical tests for lenses, fiber optics, and active components (lasers, LEDs, photodiodes).\nEnsure precision and reliability by maintaining detailed, reproducible test documentation, calibration routines, and data logs.\nSelect and integrate advanced equipment from third-party vendors for scalability and performance.\nStore, analyze, and optimize test data to improve yield, coverage, and repeatability.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with optical designers and manufacturing partners to ensure smooth deployment and continuous improvement.\nQualifications\nBasic QualificationsDetail-oriented with a passion for quality and innovation.\nHands-on experience testing lenses and fibers using standard or custom-built setups, and the ability to independently run testing equipment.\nProficiency in scientific programming with Python, with at least five years of experience.\n Preferred Qualifications\nExposure to statistical tools for data analysis (JMP, Minitab, etc.) and test correlation.\nAbility to work with contract manufacturers and test partners to support smooth deployment.\nAbout Credo\nCredo’s mission is to transform connectivity at scale through fast, reliable, and energy-efficient system solutions.
