Our technology powers the most reliable and energy-efficient connections around the world - and our team powers new products and markets that come next.\nResponsibilities\nArchitect and develop lab automation frameworks in Python and C++, integrating and controlling instrumentation using SCPI, VISA, and REST APIs.\nAutomate testing with DCAs (eye, jitter, TDECQ) and VNAs (S-parameters), and develop workflows with optical switches and VOAs for margin and sensitivity testing.\nEnable system-level validation across Arista EOS, NVIDIA (Cumulus/SONiC), and Juniper platforms, and automate 800G and 1.6T traffic and breakout modes using traffic generators.\nBuild data pipelines, dashboards, and statistical analysis tools for test results.\nLead distributed lab orchestration, CI/CD integration, and test infrastructure.\nQualifications\nBasic QualificationsB.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Photonics, with eight or more years of experience in test automation, instrumentation, or optical systems.\nStrong proficiency in Python and/or C++, with hands-on experience with SCPI, PyVISA, and Linux.\nHands-on experience with DCAs, VNAs, optical switches, and VOAs.\nWorking knowledge of PAM4, signal integrity, and optical link budgets.\nExperience with QSFP-DD and OSFP modules at 400G, 800G, and 1.6T. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience automating Arista EOS, SONiC, or Cumulus Linux.\nFamiliarity with IEEE 802.3 and OIF specifications.\nExperience with high-volume validation or manufacturing test systems.\nAbout Credo\nCredo’s mission is to transform connectivity at scale through fast, reliable, and energy-efficient system solutions.
