Our technology powers the most reliable and energy-efficient connections around the world - and our team powers new products and markets that come next.\nResponsibilities\nApplication Strategy & Ownership\nServe as the primary IT owner and own the full lifecycle of Credo’s finance application systems including NetSuite ERP, adjacent Accounting and business operation platforms.\nOversee the design, configuration, integration, and enhancement of these application systems to support evolving financial, operational, and sales performance needs.\nEnsure these systems converge toward a coherent, secure, scalable application backbone that reduces complexity and supports Credo’s rate and certification goals. \n\nStrategy & Roadmapping\nCreate a roadmap that links system evolution to Credo’s operating and financial plans.\nStay ahead of technology trends and vendor capabilities to drive innovation. Develop, share, curate points of view on process simplification and scale to inform future roadmaps.\nChampion digital transformation initiatives by leveraging technology to streamline business processes, enhance data analytics, and improve customer engagement. \n\nPartner to Finance, Supply Chain and Sales/marketing\nServe as the primary technology partner for Credo’s corporate finance and operation functions.\nBuild and maintain strong trusted relationships with Finance and Operation leadership teams and collaborate closely with Senior business leaders to understand strategic goals, translate them into application initiatives, and deliver measurable results.\nCommunicate progress, challenges, and opportunities transparently to both business and IT leadership. \n\nOperations & Governance\nStabilize and mature core systems, eliminating papercuts, manual workarounds, and fragmented workflows.\nEnsure high system availability, data accuracy, and compliance with audit and regulatory requirements. \n\nTeam Leadership & Development\nLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance IT applications team, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.\nProvide coaching and development opportunities across cross-functional project teams to build transformation capabilities.\nQualifications\nBasic QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).\n15+ years in leading enterprise applications or business systems in a complex, fast-growing environment.\nExpert functional knowledge and experience in all applications and services development, implementation, and support (architecture, requirements, developments, system design & configuration, integration, testing, data/information conversion & migration, and system support).\nStrong track record of partnering with organizations, including Finance, Sales Operations and Supply Chain Operations.\nDemonstrated success engaging with senior executives to influence strategic technology decisions.\nInternational management experience, including working with partners in various international geographies and jurisdictions, is a plus.\nKey Skills for SuccessExcellent verbal and written communication required.
