This includes designing data models, data integration processes, and data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.\n\nBuild robust and scalable ETL pipelines to extract data from diverse sources, transform it into a consistent format, and load it into the data warehouse. These pipelines should handle complex data transformations, data cleansing, and data enrichment tasks to ensure data readiness for analysis and reporting.\n\nConduct data and statistical analysis to design efficient operating systems with maximum optimization.\n\nDesign dashboards and data summaries for technical and non-technical audiences, facilitating the implementation of business strategies and missions.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to identify growth opportunities and develop data strategies that drive product innovation and acquisition.\n\nBe the owner of analytics for key metrics such as conversion rate, visitor segmentation, time to conversion, referrals, etc.\n\nCommunicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing strategic decision-making at all levels of the organization.\n\nStay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth analytics, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of innovation.\n\nDevelop, report, and analyze key KPIs to understand trends and behaviors that directly impact growth.\n\nPromote data fluency and data-informed decision-making throughout the organization.\n\nCollaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure proper event tracking and measurement of features, experiments, and products.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.\n\n3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.\n\nProficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.\n\nExperience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase).\n\nStrong knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.\n\nFamiliarity with Python or R for statistical analysis and data modeling.\n\nExperience with Metabase,Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tracking tools.\n\nUnderstanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.\n\nAbility to manage and analyze large datasets efficiently.\n\nAbility to provide data-driven insights to support decision-making across teams.\n\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage
