outstanding payments and negotiate repayment terms.\n\nUtilize effective communication to maintain customer relationships while seeking timely debt recovery.\n\nEmpathetically assist customers in finding suitable solutions to resolve payment issues.\n\nRecord and update customer interactions, payment arrangements, and account statuses accurately.\n\nInvestigate customers’ repayment ability and assess the potential risk.\n\nAnalyze accounts to determine appropriate collection strategies and escalate cases as necessary.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve disputes.\n\nFollow-up on agreed-upon repayment plans, monitoring progress and ensuring compliance.\n\nAdhere to industry regulations and ethical practices when dealing with debt collection.\n\nPrepare and present reports on collections activities, trends, and outcomes to management.\n\nContinuously improve collections processes and contribute to optimizing strategies.\n\nHandle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and professionalism.\n\nStay updated on industry trends and best practices in debt recovery.\n\nRequirements\nHND/Bachelor's Degree in a related field is a plus.. \n\nMinimum 2years proven experience in collections, credit control, or a similar role.\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer engagement.\n\nEmpathy, patience and resilience when dealing with customers facing financial difficulties.\n\nNegotiation skills to establish reasonable repayment plans and agreements.\n\nProfessionalism and integrity in handling sensitive customer information.\n\nOrganizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.\n\nProficiency in using collections software and Microsoft Office applications.\n\nContinuous learning attitude to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.\n\nAnalytical skills to assess accounts and recommend appropriate collection strategies.\n\nAttention to detail for accurate documentation of customer interactions and arrangements.\n\nKnowledge of debt collection laws, regulations, and ethical
