Program & Accelerator Pipeline Management\nResearch and maintain a database of relevant:\n\nAccelerators\n\nIncubators\n\nVenture studios\n\nGovernment innovation programs\n\nGrants and competitions\n\nTrack deadlines, requirements, and eligibility\n\nPrioritize programs based on strategic fit\n\nMaintain a rolling 3-6 month application calendar\n\nDeliverable: Clear, organized pipeline of all upcoming opportunities.\n2. Application Preparation & Submission\nLead preparation of all application materials, including:\n\nWritten responses and essays\n\nPitch deck customization\n\nFounder bios\n\nProduct descriptions\n\nMetrics and traction summaries\n\nFinancial data\n\nDemo materials\n\nEnsure:\nHigh-quality submissions\n\nConsistent storytelling\n\nZero missed deadlines\n\nDeliverable: On-time, polished applications across all target programs.\n3. Founder & Leadership Coordination\nGather required information from founders and teams\n\nTranslate internal information into strong application narratives\n\nPrepare briefing documents for leadership\n\nEnsure alignment across materials\n\nDeliverable: Well-prepared founders and consistent messaging.\n4. Interview & Selection Support\nPrepare founders for accelerator interviews\n\nBuild Q&A prep documents\n\nRun mock sessions\n\nManage follow-ups with program teams\n\nDeliverable: Interview-ready teams and timely follow-up.\n5. Strategic Program Tracking\nTrack acceptance rates and outcomes\n\nRecommend which programs to prioritize\n\nMonitor ecosystem opportunities globally\n\nSuggest timing for applications\n\nDeliverable: Quarterly program strategy updates.\n6. Grant & Non-Dilutive Funding Applications\nIdentify relevant grants and competitions\n\nCoordinate application materials\n\nManage submission timelines\n\nTrack outcomes\n\nDeliverable: Ongoing pipeline of grant opportunities.\nKPIs / Success Metrics\nNumber of high-quality applications submitted per quarter\n\nAcceptance/interview rate\n\nTotal programs secured\n\nNon-dilutive funding secured\n\nTimeliness of submissions\n\nStrength of application pipeline\n\nQuality of documentation and tracking\n\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 - 6 years experience in Startup operations, Program management, Venture capital support roles, Founder associate roles, Accelerator or incubator environments\n\nStrong writing and editing skills\n\nExceptional organizational ability\n\nAbility to manage multiple deadlines\n\nStrong research skills\n\nComfortable working directly with founders\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience applying to or working with: YC, Techstars, Antler, Global accelerators\n\nGrant writing experience\n\nStartup ecosystem knowledge\n\nDeck editing experience\n\nFamiliarity with Notion, Airtable, or similar tools\n\nKey Traits\nHighly proactive\n\nDetail-oriented\n\nStructured thinker\n\nFast executor\n\nStrong communicator\n\nComfortable in fast-moving startup environments\n\nTools & Systems;
