You will play an important role in making complex processes like user registration, identity verification, and recruitment workflows simple and seamless.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI screens for web and mobile applications.\nCreate intuitive user experiences for job seekers and employers.\nDesign key platform journeys, including registration, profile creation, document verification, job applications, job postings, and candidate management.\nDevelop interactive prototypes using Figma to demonstrate user interactions and validate design concepts.\nCreate and maintain a consistent design system, including typography, colors, components, and reusable UI elements.\nDesign responsive web pages and mobile interfaces following modern UI/UX standards.\nCollaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.\nPrepare developer-ready design specifications, assets, and handoff documentation.\nConduct basic user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.\nDesign landing pages and marketing website interfaces when required.\nIncorporate feedback from the product manager, developers, and users to continuously improve product experiences.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n1–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or product design.\nStrong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile application design projects.\nGood understanding of user experience principles, wireframing, user flows, and information architecture.\nExperience designing responsive websites and mobile applications.\nUnderstanding of Android and iOS design guidelines.\nKnowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, visual hierarchy, and accessibility.\nExperience collaborating with developers and handing off designs.\nGood communication and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality work within deadlines.\nNice to Have\nExperience working with HRTech, recruitment platforms, fintech, or SaaS products.\nExperience working in an early-stage startup or building an MVP.\nBasic knowledge of HTML and CSS.\nFamiliarity with Webflow or Framer.\nKnowledge of micro-interactions, animations, and
