ABOUT THE ROLE As the Founding Growth Marketer at Creem, you'll own how the world hears about us. Partnerships, influencers, paid ads, social media, events, and public presence all sit with you. We're building marketing from scratch, and you are the person who builds it, not a manager who directs a team that does the work. There is no team behind you yet. You get your hands dirty on everything, using technology and AI to punch far above the weight of one person. On any given week you might launch and optimize ad campaigns across ad platforms and networks, close a partnership with an event or an influencer, ship content across our social channels, and get on a stage or a podcast to spread the word about Creem. You'll move between strategy and execution constantly, and you'll ship rather than plan in circles. High agency is the whole job. You'll decide where attention is worth winning, build the campaigns yourself, measure what worked, and double down. You'll lean on AI and automation to create, test, and scale content and campaigns faster than a traditional team could.
