Our platform runs the full lab workflow - from order booking and specimen tracking through result reporting, patient engagement, billing, and inventory - for physician office labs, hospital labs, reference labs, and direct-to-consumer testing companies. We are HIPAA-compliant, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified, and growing quickly in the US market.\nThe Role\nWhen a lab signs with CrelioHealth, you are the person who turns that signature into a running lab. You will own client onboarding end to end: planning the implementation, configuring the rollout with our product and support teams, training lab staff, managing the go-live, and making sure the client is delighted enough to expand and refer. You are the face of CrelioHealth from kickoff to steady state.\nThis is not a sales role. You carry no quota and you will never cold-call. But onboarding is where trust is built, and trust is where growth comes from. We want someone who can confidently present the platform, handle a skeptical lab director, and spot the moment a client is ready for another module or another location - and who earns incentives when those opportunities convert.\nWhat You Will DoOwn implementations\nLead onboarding projects for new US clients - single-site labs through multi-location networks - from kickoff through go-live and handover to support.\nBuild and run the implementation plan: scope, milestones, data migration, instrument interfaces, integrations (EHR/EMR, billing, HL7/FHIR), user setup, and validation.\nCoordinate internal teams (product, engineering, support) and client stakeholders (lab directors, pathologists, techs, front-desk, billing, IT) to keep every go-live on schedule.\nTravel to client sites for kickoffs, go-lives, and training - roughly 25-40% of your time, varying with the project calendar.\nMake clients successful\nTrain lab staff on real workflows - accessioning, worklists, QC, reporting, patient portal - and adapt the training to how each lab actually operates.\nAnticipate and manage change resistance: a lab switching its LIS is changing how everyone works, and you will guide them through it.\nTrack onboarding health (time-to-go-live, adoption, early ticket volume) and report status honestly to clients and leadership.\nChampion the platform\nPresent and demo CrelioHealth confidently - to the client team that signed, and to the wider staff who did not choose it but must love it.\nIdentify expansion opportunities during onboarding (additional modules, locations, or referrals) and hand them to the growth team - with incentives for you when they close.\nFeed what you learn on the ground back into product and our onboarding playbook, which you will help write.\nWhat We Are Looking For (Must-haves)\n4-7 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years implementing or onboarding software for external clients.\n Healthcare experience is required; hands-on time in a clinical laboratory or laboratory environment is strongly preferred - as a lab tech, lab manager, LIS analyst, or implementer of lab systems (LIS/LIMS, EHR, RCM).\nFluency with lab operations concepts: specimen lifecycle, accessioning, QC/QA, instrument interfacing, CLIA/CAP context, HIPAA, and result reporting.\nExcellent presenter and communicator - comfortable running a room of skeptical clinicians, and equally comfortable on a video call with a solo lab owner.\nStructured and self-managing: you can run multiple concurrent onboardings remotely without anyone chasing you.\nWillingness to travel to client sites across the US; valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States.\nNice-to-haves\nDirect experience with an LIS/LIMS migration or go-live (any vendor).\nFamiliarity with HL7v2 / FHIR interfaces, lab billing/RCM basics, or instrument middleware.\nExperience in customer success, solutions consulting, or pre-sales - anywhere you have had to win people over, not just manage tasks.\nPMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma is welcome but not required - we care more about go-lives you have shipped than certificates you hold.\nComfort using modern AI tools to work faster (drafting plans, summarizing calls, preparing training material) - with the judgment to know what still needs a human.\nHow We Hire\nWe know polished resumes and cover letters are easy to generate these days, so our process is built around watching you work rather than reading about it.
