Your Tasks

  • Sicherstellung eines termingerechten und wirtschaftlichen Produktionsablaufs im Mehrschichtbetrieb
  • Führung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden einschließlich Personal- und Kapazitätsplanung
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Produktions-, Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Arbeitsschutzstandards
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsanweisungen sowie Durchführung von Schulungen und Trainings
  • Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen, Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Fertigungsprozesse sowie der Gesamtanlageneffektivität (OEE)
  • Koordination von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturmaßnahmen sowie Mitarbeit in technischen und organisatorischen Projekten
  • Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Transformation in der Fertigung sowie Unterstützung des betrieblichen Abfallmanagements mit externen Dienstleistern und dem Abfallbeauftragten

    Your Profile

    • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit anschließender Qualifikation (z. B. Industriemeister (gn) Chemie/Pharmazie/Lebensmittel, Chemietechniker (gn), Verfahrensingenieur (gn), technischer Betriebswirt (gn) o.ä.)
    • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld vorzugsweise in der Chemie-, Getränke- oder Lebensmittelbranche (Chargenproduktion)
    • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Kenntnisse bezgl. GMP, WCM, Prozessleitsysteme, betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse, Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen
    • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office
    • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
    • Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
    • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Hands-on Mentalität
