We are looking for strong Production Support / DevOps professionals with hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications in Azure cloud environments.\n\nThe role involves incident management, production support, CI/CD operations, troubleshooting APIs, SQL/Snowflake handling, AKS support, and ensuring stability of business-critical applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Provide L2/L3 Production Support for enterprise applications.\n\n- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and outages.\n\n- Handle incident management, RCA preparation, and service restoration activities.\n\n- Support Azure-hosted applications and cloud services.\n\n- Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.\n\n- Support APIs, SQL/Snowflake, Kafka, and Azure AKS environments.\n\n- Work closely with Development, QA, Infra, and Business teams.\n\n- Participate in release support, deployments, DR activities, and weekend maintenance.\n\n- Ensure application stability, monitoring, alert handling, and operational excellence.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications : \n\n- 6 -
