The role involves hands-on architecture and development across React.js, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL, along with responsibility for performance engineering, observability, CI/CD, releases, and production stability.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead the design, development, and delivery of responsive React applications and scalable Java backend services.\n\n- Define reusable frontend architecture, component patterns, state management, API integration standards, and coding conventions.\n\n- Establish service design, testing, security, logging, error handling, and operational-readiness standards.\n\n- Conduct architecture, code, test-strategy, and production-readiness reviews.\n\n- Drive application performance, scalability, reliability, resilience, security, accessibility, and observability.\n\n- Troubleshoot frontend latency, API bottlenecks, JVM issues, database connectivity, slow SQL queries, and scalability challenges.\n\n- Configure and maintain Dynatrace dashboards, distributed tracing, logging, alerting, and production-support practices.\n\n- Lead critical incident resolution and ensure stable releases and production operations.\n\n- Mentor full-stack engineers and communicate technical decisions, risks, and progress to business and management stakeholders.\n\nRequired Technical Skills : \n\n- Strong experience with Java 8 - 17, Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, Spring JDBC, Spring AOP, and CompletableFuture.\n\n- Hands-on expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and component architecture.\n\n- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, state management, API integration, validation, and error handling.\n\n- Strong SQL skills and experience with database performance tuning and troubleshooting.\n\n- Knowledge of JVM diagnostics, performance tuning, Dynatrace, GitHub, CI/CD, Linux, and Apache Tomcat.\n\n- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.\n\n- Experience with automated frontend, backend, integration, and end-to-end testing.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Experience in financial services, investment operations, accounting, reconciliation, or asset servicing.\n\n- Experience modernizing legacy or mission-critical enterprise applications.\n\n- Exposure to AS400/IBM i and DB2.\n\n- Experience with Azure or AWS, along with Docker and Kubernetes.\n\nTechnology Stack : \n\n- React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java 8 -
