distributed systems.\nProvide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for development team members.\nEnsure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and software development best practices.\nIdentify and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production defects.\nCollaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.\nDrive technical discussions, effort estimation, task allocation, and delivery planning.\nSupport CI/CD pipelines, build processes, deployment activities, and production releases.\nEnsure application security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical status reviews.\nMandatory Skills\nStrong hands-on experience in Core Java and Java/J2EE.\nExpertise in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices architecture.\nStrong experience in RESTful API design and development.\nGood understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.\nExperience with SQL and relational databases.\nKnowledge of exception handling, multithreading, collections, and JVM fundamentals.\nExperience in code reviews, technical design, debugging, and performance tuning.\nProven experience leading or mentoring a Java development team.\nGood-to-Have Skills\nHibernate/JPA.\nMessaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.\nCloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nDocker and Kubernetes.\nCI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.\nAutomated testing using JUnit and Mockito.\nMonitoring, logging, and application observability tools.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nExperience\nOverall experience: Typically 8–12 years.\nRelevant experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.\nPrior experience in a Technical Lead or equivalent technical leadership role.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nPreferred Candidate Profile\nA technically strong Java professional who can balance hands-on development with technical leadership, mentor developers, make sound architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery of scalable microservices-based
