In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operations of spacecraft, supporting all mission phases from satellite development to launch and then through routine operations and anomaly resolution.\n\nThis position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge satellite missions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare and execute spacecraft operations by performing Flight Operations Procedures (FOPs) from the mission control center\n\nSupport the development, coding, validation, and maintenance of operational procedures\n\nParticipate in pre-launch activities, including:\nSystem Validation Tests (SVTs) with spacecraft or simulators\n\nGround segment validation campaigns\n\nMonitor spacecraft health and status, ensuring compliance with mission constraints\n\nIdentify, investigate, and escalate spacecraft anomalies in accordance with established protocols\n\nExecute contingency and recovery procedures following anomaly resolution approval\n\nSupport mission readiness activities, including simulations and training campaigns\n\nMaintain accurate operational logs and contribute to post-operations reporting\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\nMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a control centre environment (space or comparable high-reliability industry), or in aerospace testing (hardware and/or software)\n\nSound technical background in at least one of the following disciplines:\nAvionics\n\nElectrical Engineering\n\nElectronics\n\nThermal Engineering\n\nSoftware Engineering\n\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving\n\nAbility to operate effectively under pressure in time-critical situations\n\nExcellent command of English (written and spoken)\n\nWillingness to work in shift patterns in a control center located in Warsaw, including critical mission phases such as LEOP (Launch and Early Orbit Phase)\n\nCommitment to training and certification for flight operations\n\nDesirable Skills & Experience\nProven experience in satellite operations or mission control environments\n\nKnowledge of Python or other scripting languages used in operations automation\n\nExperience of writing procedures for control or tests of a system\n\nFamiliarity with space operations standards and procedures (e.g. ECSS)\n\nPersonal
