Oversee construction and store setup, ensuring timely completion and quality.\nBudget Management: Manage the store opening budget to ensure all expenses are tracked and adhered to, maintaining cost efficiency without compromising quality.\n2. Staffing & Training:\nRecruitment: Lead the recruitment and hiring process for key store positions, including store managers, sales associates, and operational support.\nTraining Programs: Develop and execute comprehensive training plans, ensuring new hires are well-prepared in product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures.\nTeam Development: Foster a positive and collaborative team culture by facilitating team-building activities and continuous staff development.\n3.
