operational excellence across all business functions.\nEnsure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.\n2) Supply Chain & Procurement\nManage end-to-end supply chain operations from sourcing to customer delivery.\nCoordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement.\nOptimize procurement planning and vendor performance.\n3) Inventory Management\nMonitor inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment.\nMaintain inventory accuracy across warehouses and sales channels.\nConduct inventory audits and implement inventory control measures.\n4) Warehouse & Fulfillment\nOversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.\nEnsure timely order fulfillment while maintaining operational SLAs.\nImprove warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.\n5) Logistics & Delivery\nManage courier and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.\nMonitor shipping performance, delivery timelines, and logistics costs.\nEnsure smooth last-mile delivery and reverse logistics operations.\n6) Customer Operations\nOversee order lifecycle management from order placement to successful delivery.\nCoordinate returns, exchanges, refunds, and customer escalations.\nWork closely with the Customer Experience team to enhance post-purchase satisfaction.\n7) Marketplace & D2C Operations\nWorking knowledge of Shopify, included but not limited to order fulfillment, listings, etc.\nEnsure inventory synchronization and seamless order processing across channels.\nSupport product launches, promotions, and high-volume sales events.\n8) Process Excellence\nDevelop and implement SOPs across all operational functions.\nIdentify process gaps and implement scalable improvements.\nDrive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.\n9) Vendor & Stakeholder Management\nBuild and manage relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, packaging vendors, and other service providers.\nMonitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.\nNegotiate contracts and drive cost optimization.\n10) Team Leadership\nLead and mentor operations teams across different functions.\nSet KPIs, monitor team performance, and ensure accountability.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.\n11) Reporting & Business Analytics\nPrepare operational dashboards and MIS reports.\nTrack key business metrics and identify improvement opportunities.\nPresent operational insights and recommendations to the
