The role involves working closely with architects, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders while keeping management updated on daily progress.\nThis is a highly hands-on role and requires someone who is comfortable being on-site every day, following up with teams, spotting issues and taking ownership of getting things done.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at the site.\nCoordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and site workers.\nEnsure execution is as per approved drawings, designs and specifications.\nTrack daily progress and follow up with contractors to ensure timelines are met.\nMonitor manpower deployment and maintain daily progress records.\nCheck materials delivered to site against approved specifications, brands and quantities.\nIdentify and flag unapproved, incorrect or poor-quality materials.\nMonitor workmanship and immediately highlight quality issues or deviations.\nMaintain records of materials received and used at the site.\nShare daily site updates through photographs, videos and progress reports.\nEscalate delays, material shortages, site issues and pending approvals to management.\nCoordinate execution across civil, electrical, HVAC, fire, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, painting and other works.\nPrepare, track and close snag lists before project handover.\nEnsure proper housekeeping, material storage and basic safety practices at the site.\nWork closely with all stakeholders to ensure the store is ready for handover and opening within the agreed timeline.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n1-3 years of experience in interior execution, commercial construction or site supervision.\nExperience in retail/store fit-outs will be an added advantage.\nDiploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Execution or a related field is preferred.\nAbility to read and understand basic floor plans, elevations and technical drawings.\nBasic understanding of interior materials and on-site execution.\nComfortable managing and coordinating contractors, vendors and workers.\nStrong follow-up, communication and problem-solving skills.\nGood attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies quickly.\nComfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp for reporting and coordination.\nWillingness to be present on-site throughout the execution period.\nThe Kind of Person We’re Looking For\nWe’re not looking for a seasoned Project Manager.
