The ideal candidate will have prior experience hiring for retail & Creative roles such as Store Managers, Fashion Associates, Creative Directors, Photographers etc. while also ensuring alignment with CDC’s culture and brand ethos.\n*Key Responsibilities*\n* Drive *end-to-end recruitment* for retail & creative roles across all store locations (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management).\n* Build and manage a *talent pipeline* of candidates for future expansion and high-volume hiring needs.\n* Partner with store leadership to understand staffing needs and develop hiring strategies accordingly.\n* Utilize a mix of sourcing channels - job portals, social media, referrals, and retail hiring networks.\n* Conduct initial interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet both skill and cultural fit criteria.\n* Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to streamline onboarding and ensure smooth joining experiences.\n* Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, attrition trends) and prepare regular reports.\n* Represent the CDC brand in all candidate interactions, ensuring a strong employer brand presence in the retail market.\n*Requirements*\n* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.\n* *Mandatory:* 5-9 years of proven experience in Retail hiring & Creative hiring (fashion, lifestyle, footwear, or related industries preferred).\n* Strong sourcing skills with knowledge of retail hiring channels.\n* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.\n* Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates across locations.\n* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and timelines.\nLocation: Delhi (Saket;
