The ideal candidate possesses a keen ability to identify project issues to ensure they are resolved promptly.\nEssential duties and responsibilities\nLearning to develop scope requirements related to project proposals\nUnderstanding scope requirements of the project as it relates to vendor contract negotiations and management\nObtaining, uploading, distributing, and retaining documentation throughout the project life cycle\nAdministers RFPs/RFIs\nAssists PM’s with schedules, budgets\nVendor interface, coordination / management\nBecome client-facing / run small projects with minimal assistance\nDocument Meeting Minutes\nAssist Senior Manager / team members with tracking and reporting on critical deliverables and proactively identify potential issues and bring them to the team’s attention\nSupporting / managing the relocation process for our clients\nBecome a valued member of the team\nEducation/Experience\nAt least 1-3 years in architecture, engineering or construction and / or in Project Coordinator position\nAbility to prepare and track capital budgets\nFlexibility with work hours and travel as needed\nExperienced, self-motivated, detailed, customer-centric and results-oriented\nIn-depth knowledge of the commercial design and construction process\nProven track record of success delivering projects on time and on budget\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral\nCapacity to work effectively both independently and in teams\nStrong organizational skills and an ability to identify and manage priorities\nDemonstrate continuous learning mindset by seeking learning and development opportunities, asking for and accomplishing stretch assignments, and willingness to take on new challenges\nProficiency in developing budget and schedules\nUnderstanding of Smartsheets and MS Project project management platforms\nPhysical Requirements:\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.\nNOTE: The job description is an overview of the functions and requirements for this position.
