Your voice will be heard, and you will be valued for both your individual and team contributions.\nSummary\nResponsible for planning, allocating resources and managing the execution of a project from start to finish and reporting progress and results to key stakeholders.\nEssential duties and responsibilities\nReview and provide guidance to team members on draft RFPs/RFIs developed\nCreate more complex schedules, budgets and project plans for PM utilizing Smartsheet and Excel Templates\nRun projects from start to finish with minimal assistance\nUnderstanding of the real estate leasing process and able to add value in creating favorable redline edits to LOI’s, work letters, and full lease documents\nActively participate in team and client objectives to ensure targets and goals are achieved\nSee the big picture - proactively identify potential issues and come up with creative resolutions before they become problems\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and service lines\nAssist in development and implementation of innovations, best practices, and standard operating procedures to elevate team performance\nEducation/Experience\nMinimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Architecture, Engineering or Construction as a Project Manager or having mastered the requirements in the APM role\nAbility to prepare and track capital budgets\nFlexibility with work hours and travel as needed\nExperienced, self-motivated, customer-centric and results-oriented\nIn-depth knowledge of the design and construction process\nProven track record of success delivering projects on time and on budget\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral\nCapacity to work effectively both independently and in teams\nStrong organizational skills and an ability to identify and manage priorities\nProficiency in developing scope requirements related to project proposals\nProficiency in vendor contract scope review / development and favorable contract negotiations on behalf of our clients.\nGood client/people skills to be a team and project leader, go on pitches as required\nAbility to train and be a mentor to junior team members\nAbility to either source / pitch and win Project Management work or manage volume of work 3+ times your annual compensation\nPhysical Requirements:\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.\nNOTE: The job description is an overview of the functions and requirements for this position.
