Your voice will be heard, and you will be valued for both your individual and team contributions.\nSummary\nThe P roject Manager (PM) is responsible for managing the design, development, and implementation of commercial real estate projects on behalf of the client, using established processes, experience, and expertise. The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of projects. This individual is client focused and service driven, and able to build and maintain trust with the client and team.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver against mid- to high-level complex projects.\nSupport Lead PM on high-level complex projects (coordination, onsite support, meeting notes, etc.)\nLead requests for pricing, assist in the selection, contracting process, and oversight of consultants and related teams as necessary for each project.\nReview requisitions, change orders and other invoices associated with projects.\nExperience leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously.\nProvide measurable and timely responses to client inquiries, work requests, and concerns.\nCommunicate directly with clients to define project goals and expectations, able to successfully negotiate solutions to problems, focused on delivering value to the client.\nCreate and evaluate project reports and provide project status to internal and external clients.\nResponsible for managing project issues and risks including evaluation of quality, costs, and the development of action plans to address any deficiencies throughout the project.\nAssess change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk with management support.\nDemonstrate capability to read and understand project documents.\nConduct onsite field audits before, during, and after completion of project.\nOversee the project administrative processes and maintain accurate project documentation files in a timely manner.\nFacilitate project meetings and ensure that all meetings are accurately documented, and meeting minutes are distributed.\nTrack and manage project issues and resolutions.\nActively support the internal team that focuses on business development.\nDemonstrate initiative and act on program-level needs as they arise or escalate to leadership as needed.\nResponsible for coordinating initiative efforts and assisting with implementation.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) preferred.\nMinimum 5 - 7 years of related experience in project management and/or real estate and facilities management.\nDemonstrated agility to move across multiple disciplines, including but not limited to construction project management, transition and relocation management, workspace consulting and other various commercial projects as required.\nAbility to influence virtually as required.\nProficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Teams, Clarizen, and SharePoint is required.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills; Role requires daily communication with clients and team members.\nPhysical Requirements\nTravel up to 20% across the United States and Canada.\nThe person in this role needs to be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.\nNOTE: The job description is an overview of the functions and requirements for this position.
