technical delivery of projects from offshore, ensuring quality, scalability and timely execution.\n\n- Design and develop scalable, secure and high-performing full-stack applications using Python and modern frontend technologies.\n\n- Own system architecture and design, including technology selection, APIs, microservices, integrations and scalability.\n\n- Provide hands-on technical guidance, mentor developers and drive engineering best practices and code quality.\n\n- Engage directly with clients to understand business requirements, propose technical solutions and lead technical discussions.\n\n- Coordinate with onsite and client teams, acting as the primary offshore technical lead.\n\n- Oversee database architecture, data modelling, SQL performance and system integrations.\n\n- Identify opportunities to integrate Generative AI, LLMs and AI-powered capabilities into applications.\n\n- Drive technical estimations, solution design, code reviews, technical documentation and engineering standards.\n\n- Identify technical risks and dependencies, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery.\n\nRequirements : \n\n- 8 - 10+ years of overall software engineering experience, preferably in an IT consulting environment.\n\n- Strong hands-on expertise in full-stack development, including Python, frontend technologies, APIs, microservices and cloud-based applications.\n\n- Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, design patterns, scalability, security and performance optimization.\n\n- Good knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases, database design, data modelling and SQL.\n\n- Experience with modern cloud platforms and DevOps practices.\n\n- Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and manage stakeholder expectations.\n\n- Proven experience in technical leadership, team mentoring and offshore delivery management.\n\n- Practical understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI-enabled application development and AI integration patterns.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\n\n- Ability to
