Role Summary:

Looking for an experienced SAP Migration Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Data Migration initiatives. The individual should have executed multiple end-to-end SAP migration programs and possess deep technical expertise in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and load processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end SAP Data Migration workstreams for S/4HANA implementations and transformation programs.

- Analyze source-to-target mappings, data quality issues, and migration strategies.

- Perform data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and validation activities.

- Collaborate with Functional Consultants across Finance, MM, SD, PP, PM, and other SAP modules.

- Support migration mock cycles, cutovers, and go-live activities.

- Mentor junior migration consultants and coordinate with business stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

- 7 - 10 years of IT experience with strong SAP Data Migration experience.

- Minimum 2 - 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA migration engagements.

- Strong knowledge of SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM), Data Migration methodologies and ETL concepts.

- Experience with data objects such as Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, Asset, BOM, and Transactional Data.

- Ability to understand business processes and functional data relationships.
