FUNCTIONS:\nExecute end-to-end procurement and contracting activities for goods and services, including sourcing, tendering, bid evaluations, negotiations, contract award, administration, and contract close-out in accordance with Company procedures. \nDevelop and implement sourcing, tendering, and contracting strategies that ensure operational continuity, maximize commercial value, mitigate risks, and support business objectives. \nPrepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, ITTs, commercial evaluations, award recommendations, and approval documentation in compliance with delegated authority and governance requirements. \nCollaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, HSE and other user departments to review scopes of work, technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and procurement strategies. \nConduct commercial evaluations, market assessments, and negotiations to achieve optimum value, competitive pricing, and favourable contractual outcomes. \nAdminister awarded contracts and purchase orders, including monitoring supplier and contractor performance, deliverables, KPIs, and contractual obligations. \nManage contract amendments, variations, extensions, claims, and change orders, ensuring appropriate commercial evaluation, documentation, and approvals. \nSupport critical operational requirements, including maintenance activities, shutdowns, projects, production operations, and emergency procurement requirements to ensure uninterrupted business operations. \nIdentify and deliver cost optimization, value engineering, process efficiency, and savings opportunities while maintaining quality, safety, and operational requirements. \nSupport supplier prequalification, vendor development, performance evaluation, and contractor relationship management to build a robust and reliable supply base. \nEnsure HSE, technical, quality, commercial, legal, and regulatory requirements are appropriately incorporated into procurement and contract documentation. \nMaintain procurement and contract records, trackers, databases, reports, and audit-ready documentation, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance. \nPrepare periodic procurement and contracts performance reports, including tender status, contract utilization, savings realization, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs. \nSupport internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and governance initiatives, ensuring procurement and contracting activities are fully traceable and compliant. \nBuild and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and service providers to support successful contract execution and business objectives. \nContribute to the continuous improvement of procurement and contract management processes, systems, and digital initiatives, promoting operational excellence and best practices. \nMaintain and enhance professional knowledge of procurement, contract management, supply chain practices, market conditions, and industry developments relevant to the Oil & Gas sector.\nEDUCATION AND MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Business administration or related field.\n8-10years of progressive experience in Procurement and Contracts, preferably within an international Oil & Gas Operator.\nProficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Office
