The FLO’s processes will operate as outlined in the Crescent Way- 3 P’s:\nPurpose\nProcess\nPeople\nWhile building on our culture of:\nDoing it Right\nDoing it Safe\nDoing it Well\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nSafety\nRead, understand, and follow the Doing it Safe Playbook \nUnderstands and complies with all safety requirements \nDo not walk by any unsafe act or behavior \nMaintain a clean and organized warehouse\nComplete forklift inspection and trailer inspection forms accurately and according to procedure \nOperate forklift in a safe manner in trailer, warehouse, production floor, and around other workers.\nPeople\nMotivated member of the Crescent team\nAbility to work and complete individually assigned tasks\nWork well in high paced environment \nWork closely with other FLO’s, Line Leads, Shipping and Receiving, and Supervisors to complete tasks on time, resolve issues, and continuously improve \nAbility to learn tasks, layout, and customer requirements quickly\nAbility to operate warehouse management system\nProductivity\nOperate forklift efficiently to maximize productive time\nCommunicate with Production to prioritize, pull, and stage inventory accurately and according to procedure to ensure efficient line operation\nEfficiently load and unload trailers to maintain turnaround times for each dock appointment \nCommunicate with lead and supervisor to maintain good workflow for assigned tasks \nConsistently reach pallets per hour productivity standard \nQuality\nLoad trucks according to Crescent and Customer requirements with consideration for weight, balance, and load security \nReport all safety, quality, near misses, accidents, mistakes, and product damages accurately and according to procedures\nAbility to accurately verify and count items to be picked, staged, or loaded\nEnsure the integrity of lot code is maintained through every product movement process\nMaintain customer or inventory separation when required\nCustomer Value\nHandle customer owned product with care and protect their brand\nWork efficiently to provide on time delivery for each customer request\nIdentify and be a part of continuous improvement efforts\nFinancial\nProvide ideas to continually improve productivity, GMP’s, and RSW\nContinually seek out means to remove sources of waste throughout the warehouse\nLook for ways to increase sustainability \nCultural Competencies\nDo It Right\nDoing what is right for our customers, doing what is right for our company and doing what is right for our People.
