This is a site based role where you will be travelling from your home address to our development locations.\nThe Role\nThis is a customer facing role where a Customer Services Manager will raise requests of works for completion, and where you will be in charge of communicating directly with Crest Nicholson clients and managing the appointment process, agreeing when works will commence and be completed within set timescales.\nIt is the responsibility of the Customer Service Technician to ensure materials are available and to hand when completing the works, and that the remedial work is completed in accordance to our quality standards.\nExamples of your work will include:\nPainting\nMastic Replacement\nWall Tiling\nCarpentry work such as easing doors, creaking floors etc.\nPaving slab adjustment\nPlaster repairs\nKitchen unit adjustments\nWhen completing and undertaking work you will provide the Customer Service Manager with regular progress reports and keep him/her aware of any problems arising from works undertaken. You will also keep a log of reoccurring issues, highlighting any products or materials which are substandard, to prevent further use and limiting continuous problems.\nAll work shall be carried out in accordance with our Health and Safety policies, as well as our quality procedures. We expect all Crest employees to be well presented, and to keep tools and equipment safe and in good order.\nAbout You\nWe are looking for an ambitious individual with a keen eye for detail. You will be a skilled tradesman with experience in a similar role across property services and snagging.
