Support the retendering of poorly performing managing agents, including drafting specifications, evaluating tenders and managing mobilisation.\nWork with Technical Managers to ensure compliance and service charge matters are resolved ahead of handover milestones.\nReport compliance and risk status regularly to the Director of Property Portfolio escalating material issues promptly.\nRequirements\nExperience in residential property/estate management, including fire and health & safety compliance.\nWorking knowledge of service charge accounting and RICS Service Charge Residential Management Code.\nExperience managing agent performance and/or leading retender processes.\nStrong stakeholder management and resident-facing communication skills.\nIRPM/RICS qualification (or working towards) desirable.\nThe Company\nOur people are at the heart of our business, and we’re committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, supported and able to thrive.\nWe welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and recognise that everyone has different needs outside of work too.
