The role maintains key marketing and client information, coordinates events and promotional activities, contributes to digital and creative content, and works across teams to ensure marketing initiatives are organized, accurate, and executed on time. The Marketing Coordinator also identifies opportunities to improve marketing processes, tools, and overall efficiency.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nMaintains accurate and current information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other marketing-related databases.\nTroubleshoots routine CRM issues and monitors outstanding tickets through resolution.\nMaintains and updates the client qualification database to support timely and accurate responses to qualification requests.\nPrepares prequalification packages and responds to client information requests in coordination with the Account-Based Marketing Manager.\nMaintains and organizes the marketing resource library, including professional profiles, standard marketing collateral, presentations, project lists, and project media.\nCoordinates logistics for tradeshows, client events, and client sponsorships, including registrations, materials, vendors, and related activities.\nCoordinates customer gifting activities, including ordering, tracking, distribution, and related logistics.\nManages branded merchandise, including ordering, inventory, distribution, and coordination of new merchandise selection and design.\nTracks event and sponsorship expenditures to support budget monitoring and annual budget development.\nCoordinates social media, website, and email newsletter activities, including content development, scheduling, and related logistics.\nCollaborates with the Marketing & Communications team to develop videos, graphics, blog posts, case studies, and other marketing content.\nExecutes assigned marketing campaigns and initiatives in support of department goals and priorities.\nCoordinates requests for marketing materials and information from departments across the organization.\nIdentifies and recommends improvements to marketing processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency, quality, and customer experience.\nADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAdditional duties as assigned by the Account-Based Marketing Manager.\nEXPECTATIONS:\nDemonstrates initiative and accountability in managing responsibilities and completing high-quality work within established deadlines with limited supervision. \nCommunicates proactively with supervisors and team members regarding priorities, project status, deadlines, and potential issues. \nCollaborates effectively with the Marketing & Communications team and other departments to support shared goals and successful project execution. \nPartners effectively with Business Development and Proposals on cross-functional projects and initiatives. \nInteracts professionally with employees, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. \nDemonstrates integrity and sound judgment in client relationships, communications, and day-to-day responsibilities. \nPursues continued learning and development to strengthen marketing, technical, and professional skills.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, technical writing, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.\n2+ years of related marketing, communications, or marketing operations experience preferred.\nHighly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.\nStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nExperience working with CRM systems, databases, or other marketing technology preferred.\nExperience with Canva, Mailchimp, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar marketing and creative tools preferred.\nEvent, tradeshow, or project coordination experience preferred.\nWORKING CONDITIONS:\nPrimarily works in a professional office environment with regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment. \nMay occasionally work in event, conference, or trade show environments. \nOccasional travel may be required to support trade shows, client events, and other marketing activities. \nMay occasionally lift, carry, move, or set up marketing materials, promotional items, displays, or event supplies. \nMay require occasional work outside normal business hours to support events, tradeshows, or other marketing activities.\nUse of company vehicle.
