The Structural Marshaling Technician is responsible for handling completed products (Structures and PFB) from the end of production through shipment. They work as part of a team to safely load, unload, and store completed products either for shipment or storage in the yard. The Team Member follows safety protocols, maintains efficiency in daily tasks, and ensures product quality while assisting in the overall operations of the team.\nCORE COMPETENCIES:\nCustomer Focus\nDecision Quality\nBusiness Insight\nDrives Results\nCollaborates\nCommunicates Effectively\nCourage\nInstills Trust\nManages Ambiguity \nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nHelps to manage completed products (Structures and PFB) from the end of production through shipment. Once production is completed it is handed off to this team to either ship out or move to the yard to store.\nWorks with team to identify continuous improvement opportunities. \nEnsures the Structural Marshaling Team is safe in everything they do. \nIs responsible for ensuring that lay down yard cleanliness is top priority.\nHelps in organizing and ordering cranes for loading and unloading. Maximize the use of Crane when it is on site.\nHelps with the complete product bin location map (PSS Hard Stand Map).\nEnsuring updating the map when changes are made.\nWork closely with shipping teams to coordinate efficient shipment of products. Organization of when structure is scheduled to leave the facility.\nDuring the slow time, ensure the team assists the Logistics Team where needed.\nHelps to ensure the Structural Marshaling Team is safe in everything they do.
