The intern will support the IT team in ensuring that IT equipment and assets are properly recorded, labelled and accounted for.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in conducting physical stocktaking of IT equipment and assets, including laptops, desktops, monitors, printers and other IT peripherals.\n\nOrganise and tidy up the IT inventory storage area to ensure equipment is properly arranged and easy to locate.\n\nVerify physical IT assets against existing inventory records and identify any discrepancies.\n\nUpdate and maintain the IT inventory list, including asset descriptions, serial numbers, asset tags, locations and assigned users where applicable.\n\nAssist with labelling and tagging IT equipment for identification and tracking purposes.\n\nIdentify obsolete, damaged, unused or unaccounted-for IT equipment and report findings to the IT team.\n\nAssist in taking photographs and documenting IT assets where necessary.\n\nPerform other IT administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.\n\nJob Requirements\nCurrently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.\n\nGood organisational skills and attention to detail.\n\nBasic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.\n\nAble to perform hands-on tasks involving the sorting, checking and arrangement of IT equipment.\n\nResponsible, meticulous and able to work independently with guidance from the IT team.\n\nWillingness to learn and follow the Company's asset management procedures.\n\nSkills\nEquipment and Inventory Management, Manage IT Support
