You'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining our software solutions, working with a varied technology stack, and ensuring that our products are functional, efficient, reliable, and scalable.\nBy joining us, you're not just choosing a job; you're aligning with a vision that values the human side of tech, where your skills and passion are recognized, nurtured, and celebrated.\nWhat We're Looking For\nSolid experience designing, developing, testing, and monitoring applications in high-availability SaaS environments\nStrong software engineering experience with Go or Java, with the ability and willingness to work across multiple programming languages\nExperience designing and developing distributed, event-driven services and scalable backend systems\nExperience building production applications in cloud environments such as AWS or GCP\nStrong understanding of secure software development practices, including areas such as OWASP, vulnerability assessment, threat modeling, secure code review, data protection, encryption, authentication, and authorization\nExperience working with microservice architectures and large-scale event ingestion platforms\nFamiliarity with real-time communication technologies such as WebSockets, Kafka, MQTT, or similar messaging technologies\nExperience with non-relational databases such as DynamoDB and familiarity with relational databases, caching, and object storage technologies\nUnderstanding of networking, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure concepts relevant to distributed applications\nExperience developing applications that maintain continuous connectivity with client software is highly valued\nStrong quality mindset, including automated testing, performance tuning, refactoring, monitoring, and continuous improvement\nAbility to make data-driven engineering decisions and understand the production impact of software changes\nExperience contributing across the complete software development lifecycle, from technical design and specifications through implementation and production operation\nStrong ownership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with the broader engineering team\nExcellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional, distributed teams\nBuild and evolve highly available, event-driven systems that support large-scale communication with software agents deployed across multiple operating systems.
