etc.)\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nProgram Leadership and Delivery\nLead and manage multiple manufacturing OT and business IT programs from initiation through completion.\nTake ownership of program outcomes and ensure work remains aligned with operational and business objectives.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, quality, supply chain, technology, and other business functions.\nSupport new product launches, process-improvement initiatives, capital projects, and technology implementations.\nEnsure programs are completed on time, within scope, and according to established quality expectations.\nEffectively prioritize multiple projects and competing requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nPromote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, safety, quality, and operational efficiency.\nProgram Planning and Administration\nDefine program objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and implementation roadmaps.\nCoordinate program resources and activities across internal teams and external stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate program documentation, action items, decisions, schedules, and supporting materials.\nFacilitate program meetings, reviews, planning sessions, and stakeholder discussions.\nAssist with standardizing program-management processes, tools, documentation, and best practices.\nPerformance and Risk Management\nMonitor program performance and provide regular status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.\nTrack key performance indicators, milestones, budgets, resource utilization, and other program metrics.\nIdentify program risks, issues, constraints, and dependencies.\nDevelop and implement mitigation and corrective-action plans to keep programs on track.\nAnalyze performance information to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, quality, delivery, and cost management.\nEscalate significant risks and issues appropriately and provide recommendations for resolution.\nBusiness Partnership and Communication\nMaintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.\nPromote alignment, accountability, and transparency throughout the program lifecycle.\nBuild and maintain effective working relationships across departments.\nFacilitate communication among technical teams, operational teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.\nCommunicate complex program information clearly to continuous-improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce waste, improve quality, and strengthen program delivery.\nIdentify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, production workflows, technology systems, and business practices.\nSupport the development and standardization of processes, tools, and program-management best practices.\nApply lessons learned to future programs and improvement initiatives.\nSupport training and onboarding activities related to new programs, systems, processes, or procedures.\nParticipate in audits, reviews, retrospectives, and other improvement activities supporting business objectives.\nSafety, Quality, and Compliance\nEnsure program activities comply with company policies, safety standards, quality requirements, and applicable regulations.\nConsider employee safety, product quality, operational impacts, and customer requirements throughout program planning and execution.\nPromote responsible safety practices during office, production-floor, and project-site activities.\nParticipate in required meetings, audits, and compliance reviews.\nPerform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.\nREQUIREMENTS FOR PROGRAM MANAGER:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nApproximately three to seven or more years of program- or project-management experience within a manufacturing environment.\nStrong understanding of manufacturing operational technology, business information technology, production processes, and operational workflows.\nProven ability to manage multiple programs or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience developing and managing project schedules, budgets, resource plans, risks, and performance metrics.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating with technical, operational, and leadership stakeholders.\nStrong program-management, organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.\nExcellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.\nStrong leadership, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities.\nAbility to manage detailed information while maintaining focus on broader business objectives.\nDemonstrated accountability, initiative, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office.\nProficiency with Epicor ERP is required.\nExperience with project-management tools and methodologies is preferred.\nKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies is a plus.\nProject Management Professional certification is a plus.\nWhy Join
