The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the administrative and technical management of the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of assigned projects. The PM will ensure that the projects are constructed within the specifications of the company’s strategy, commitments and goals; as well as those of the customer. The Project Manager assumes overall responsibility for all aspects of an assigned project including project budget, schedule, customer and subcontractor relations, project equipment selection, and maintaining engineering/project team communications and relationships.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nProvides overall leadership and oversight to the project team and their activities.\nManages project schedules and maintains overall project scope of work.\nIdentifies all stakeholders and manages their expectations and concerns.\nManages project budget and resource allocation, including the management of costs, through the review and approval of procurement activities, POs, change orders and invoicing.\nConstantly monitors and reports on progress of the project\nDefines project objectives and plans their completion; then as needed implements project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.\nEncourages and motivates internal and external teams to keep project, and related activities, on schedule and on budget.\nManages consultants, subcontractors, construction managers and project teams to ensure contract plan specifications are adhered to.\nManages procurement process for equipment and materials.\nUtilizes strong communication skills to work with teams and stakeholders to complete tasks and overcome objections.\nMust be able to work with confidential information and insure the security of this information.\nHosts, attends and participates in project meetings and conferences calls.\nPrepare RFQ for subcontractor bids.
