complete each accurately and on schedule.\nPrepare timely, accurate financial statements and audit-ready supporting schedules.\nReconcile general ledger accounts to system data; investigate discrepancies through resolution.\nPerform the monthly aircraft audit; document findings and exceptions.\nSupport accounts payable while maintaining segregation of duties and internal controls.\nPrepare schedules and support annual audit requests.\nAnalyze period variances and provide concise, fact-based explanations.\nRecord journal entries and system imports with complete support, correct coding, and GAAP and policy compliance.\nServe as liaison between corporate and division accounting teams; communicate requirements and findings directly.\nMaster system and process details; implement approved improvements without compromising controls.\nMaintain current policies and procedures for standardized, repeatable work.\nOwn ad hoc analysis and special projects within defined priorities and deadlines.\nREQUIREMENTS\nBachelor's degree in Accounting required.\nAt least two years of accounting experience, including month-end close and general ledger reconciliation.\nWorking knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, account reconciliation, and audit support.\nStrong Excel and Windows application skills; ERP system experience required.\nAbility to analyze detailed data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and draw sound conclusions from evidence.\nExceptional attention to detail, disciplined documentation, and adherence to established standards.\nAbility to work autonomously, maintain focus, meet recurring deadlines, and follow work through completion;
