The Lead Systems Architect establishes system-level designs, evaluates technical approaches, identifies and mitigates architectural risks, and drives consistency across product platforms. Working closely with Product Management and Program Management, this position provides technical leadership throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and design through development, deployment, and product launch. The role requires strong expertise in systems architecture, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and technical decision-making.\nEssential Function\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Program Management, Development, and Quality Assurance teams to define requirements and drive solution design and development from initial concept through prototyping, validation, and product launch.\nEvaluate alternative technical and business approaches, spearhead proof-of-concept efforts, and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, and delivery risks.\nCollaborate with developers to interpret product specifications and architectural designs, breaking them down into actionable tasks and reliable effort estimates.\nWork closely with peer Systems Architects to leverage collective expertise, promote best practices, and ensure architectural consistency across products and platforms.\nOptimize system performance and resolve performance issues\nDefine, document, and maintain reusable architectural standards, patterns, and design guidelines to promote consistency and efficiency across product specifications and system of Experience\nExperience\nExperience Details\nRequired/Preferred\n7-9 years\nof experience in software engineering, firmware engineering, systems engineering, or related technical disciplines, with significant hands-on product development experience.\nRequired\nand\n5-7 years\nexperience in system architecture, solution design, or technical leadership roles, defining and driving end-to-end
