While we will consider more junior/recent graduates candidates for this opportunity, this team is seeking an experienced thermal engineer candidate to join the team. \nResponsibilities\nEstablish thermal requirements and drive the end-to-end system-level thermal architecture, design, and validation process. Leverage CFD simulation tools to evaluate, optimize, and validate thermal solutions that ensure product performance, reliability, and compliance.\nCombine use of analytical and CFD tools efficiently to reduce development time for thermal solutions.\nDevelop detailed assembly models in Creo or SolidWorks, incorporating safety and EMI-related design features and constraints to generate high-fidelity thermal models for CFD analysis, optimization, and validation.\nPresent thermal simulation/validation findings/solutions to engineering teams and management.\nAssist in thermal verification testing and resolve any issues resulting from simulation results and lab testing.\nApply heat transfer principles to develop advanced/innovative thermal technologies for both natural and forced cooling applications.\n**** This is a hybrid role in the office 3 days a week****\nQualfiications\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is required\nMaster’s degree in mechanical engineering is preferred\nProficient in CAD tools with a strong understanding of heat transfer principles and their application to solving electronics cooling challenges. \nExperienced in developing thermal models and performing simulation-driven analysis using CFD software to evaluate and optimize thermal performance.\nStrong ability to interpret and synthesize thermal simulation data, translate complex technical findings into actionable insights, and present thermal analyses, recommendations, and solutions to cross-functional teams and senior management.\nHands-on experience in airflow and thermal verification testing for the validation\nProficiency is using 3-D CAD software such as Creo\nKnowledgeable about mechanical and thermal characteristics of electronic devices, including thermal interface materials, heat sinks, heat spreaders, and PCBs, and their role in effective thermal management
