# Solutions Engineer

The Solutions Engineer supports Crestron's Sales organization by assisting Dealers, Consultants, Specifiers, and internal Sales teams in the development of audiovisual system solutions across commercial and residential markets. This role contributes to the design, documentation, and delivery of technical proposals, providing customer focused support through effective collaboration and communication. The Solutions Engineer works in a team-oriented environment to help ensure high-quality outcomes and consistent customer experience. Responsibilities: Develop system design proposals and quotations for small- to medium-scale projects Provide pre-sales technical support to Dealers, Consultants, and internal Sales teams, primarily via phone, chat and email Review technical input and deliverables from internal sources to support project completeness and accuracy Collaborate with Sales teams and customers to ensure alignment with project requirements and customer expectations Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred 2-4 years relevant experience in solutions engineering, AV design, or technical support Foundational proficiency in AutoCAD, Visio
