Our model of care focuses on a personal and self-directed process that empowers the people we serve and helps them to develop the skills to thrive!\nTitle: Human Resources Manager\nJob Duties: The Human Resources Manager, reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources supports the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the following major areas: employee relations, investigations, complaints, employment disputes, leaves of absences, and compliance with labor laws.\nLocation: This position will be in a Hybrid work environment remote with weekly visits to assigned campuses, occasional travel outside area.\nSchedule: Full-Time \nQualifications:\nMust have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or similar applicable field.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Generalist/ Employee Relations.\nA basic understanding of laws applicable to California employers, including but not limited to wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, and protected absences.\nHR Certification preferred.\nInvestigation Certification preferred. \nThe salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. \nPay Range:\n$110,000—$140,000 USD\nIt’s About Growth!
