Since 2007, CSI has built a strong reputation for delivering quality controls solutions.\nWe are growing and looking for BAS Controls Technicians with experience in installation, startup, troubleshooting, or commissioning, including experience with Niagara N4.\nWhether your strengths are hands-on installation or bringing systems online, we want to hear from you. You do not need to be an expert in every area, we are open to different experience levels and will align responsibilities with your skills while helping you grow.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDepending on your experience, you may:\nInstall controllers, sensors, actuators, control panels, and related BAS equipment.\n\nRun, label, and terminate low-voltage wiring and communication cables.\n\nRead control drawings, wiring diagrams, and HVAC sequences of operation.\n\nPerform system startup, point-to-point checkout, and functional testing.\n\nWork within Niagara N4 to support system configuration, graphics, troubleshooting, and commissioning.\n\nTroubleshoot wiring, device, communication, and system operation issues.\n\nAssist with programming and controls adjustments based on your experience.\n\nWork with project managers, technicians, and other trades to keep projects moving.\n\nDocument field changes, testing results, and project completion details.\n\nHelp customers understand system operation and basic controls functions.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience with building automation, HVAC controls, or temperature control systems.\n\nHands-on familiarity with Niagara N4; certification is a plus but is not required.\n\nExperience in one or more areas: installation, startup, service, troubleshooting, programming, or commissioning.\n\nAbility to read wiring diagrams and control drawings.\n\nFamiliarity with commercial HVAC equipment and how controls support system operation.\n\nKnowledge of BACnet, Modbus, or networking is a plus.\n\nA willingness to learn, solve problems, and work with a team.\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade training is a plus.\n\nAbility to safely use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.\n\nAbility to work on active construction sites and use ladders and lift equipment.\n\nMust be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with limited violations.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\n$35-$50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.\n\nMedical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.\n\nPTO and paid holidays.\n\n401(k) with company match.\n\nOpportunities for technical training and career advancement.\n\nA supportive team culture.\n\nHave BAS experience but don’t check every box?
