someone who enjoys working with 3D models, solving construction challenges, and collaborating with field teams to bring projects from design to installation.\nYou'll work with HVAC ductwork, mechanical and plumbing piping systems, using BIM technology to improve project coordination, identify potential conflicts, and support accurate field installation.\nWe're looking for someone who brings strong Revit skills, understands how mechanical systems come together in the field, and is comfortable both developing models and coordinating with other trades.\nWhat You'll Do\nCreate, modify, and maintain 3D mechanical BIM models using Autodesk Revit, primarily supporting HVAC ductwork and mechanical/plumbing piping systems.\n\nDevelop and coordinate models to project-specific Level of Development (LOD) requirements, primarily LOD 350 and 400, with some LOD 300.\n\nUse Navisworks Manage to identify clashes, coordinate with other trades, and help resolve conflicts before construction.\n\nReview construction drawings, specifications, and equipment information to develop accurate, constructible models.\n\nWork closely with project managers, field supervisors, subcontractors, and other trades to support installation planning and coordination.\n\nParticipate in BIM coordination meetings and communicate model updates, conflicts, and resolutions.\n\nReview models for routing, equipment connections, installation clearances, and accessibility.\n\nCoordinate with external BIM partners when additional modeling support is needed.\n\nSupport 3D scanning, point cloud processing, and digital field layout using NavVis and Trimble technology.\n\nAssist field teams with model information, layout data, and troubleshooting.\n\nHelp improve BIM processes and workflows as ProTech Mechanical continues to grow.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including hands-on experience creating and modifying mechanical BIM models.\n\nExperience using Navisworks for clash detection, model coordination, and conflict resolution.\n\nSolid understanding of HVAC ductwork and mechanical/plumbing piping systems, including routing, clearances, and equipment connections.\n\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and mechanical system layouts.\n\nUnderstanding of BIM coordination processes and how models translate into actual field installation.\n\nAbility to manage multiple project priorities and communicate effectively with project managers, field teams, and other trades.\n\nStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work
