Founded in 2007, CSI has built a strong reputation for delivering quality controls solutions.\nWe are seeking a BAS Installer to install building automation and temperature control systems on commercial projects. This hands-on role works closely with project managers, controls technicians, and other trades to complete installations safely, accurately, and on schedule.\nKey Responsibilities\nInstall BAS controllers, sensors, thermostats, actuators, control panels, and related equipment.\n\nRun, label, and terminate low-voltage wiring and communication cables.\n\nInstall conduit, cable supports, and pathways as required by project plans.\n\nRead and follow control drawings, wiring diagrams, equipment layouts, and construction documents.\n\nConnect controls to HVAC equipment according to approved drawings and manufacturer requirements.\n\nCheck wiring and terminations, identify installation issues, and support troubleshooting.\n\nAssist controls technicians with system startup, point-to-point checkout, and commissioning.\n\nCoordinate daily installation activities with the project team and other trades.\n\nDocument field changes and assist with accurate as-built drawings.\n\nFollow jobsite safety requirements and maintain an organized work area.\n\nQualifications and Education Requirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; related technical or trade training is a plus.\n\nExperience installing BAS, temperature controls, or commercial low-voltage systems preferred.\n\nAbility to read and interpret control drawings, wiring diagrams, and construction documents.\n\nFamiliarity with commercial HVAC equipment and controls is a plus.\n\nAbility to safely use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.\n\nAbility to work on active construction sites, climb ladders, and use scaffolding and lift equipment.\n\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nMust be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with limited violations.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nCompetitive pay ranging from $28 to $45 per hour, depending on qualifications.\n\nMedical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.\n\nPTO and paid holidays.\n\n401(k) with company match.\n\nOpportunities for training and career advancement.\n\nA supportive team culture.\n\nLearn More About Crete United\nBuild the Future with a Crete United Company\nWe welcome candidates with varying levels of experience.
