This includes hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.\nQuality Assurance: Ensure all service work is performed to the highest quality standards, adhering to industry best practices and manufacturer specifications.\nCustomer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the service provided.\nSafety and Compliance: Promote a culture of safety among team members and ensure adherence to all safety regulations and protocols. Monitor compliance with relevant laws, codes, and industry standards.\nInventory Management: Manage the inventory of parts and supplies needed for service, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effectiveness.\nService Coordination: Plan, schedule, and dispatch service calls to technicians, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely response to client requests.\nOn-Call Management: Manage and implement on-call rotation including ensuring that technicians are prepared for upcoming rotations.\nSales: Work with Sales team to gather on-site information, provide feedback on technical questions and coordinate the approach on replacement projects. Also maintain consistent growth by selling new maintenance contracts and service accounts.\nTraining and Development: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
