In addition, the General Manager has full P&L ownership and is accountable for achieving budgeted sales and profit goals. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and significant commercial HVAC operational experience in the tri-state market. This position will report to our Regional VP of Operations\nKey Responsibilities\nAchieve budgeted revenue and profit goals.\nDevelop and implement growth plans across all lines of business.\nDevelop and implement plan to be the employer of choice in the region and increase the size of our field workforce (technicians)\nLead all departments and functions including all aspects of sales, customer service, quality control, project execution and field operations.\nDevelop new client relationships and build a sales capability in the market to build relationships across existing and prospective customers.\nIdentify and implement operational improvements across all departments (systems, processes, pricing, quality control, customer service, project estimation and execution, field productivity, etc.).\nOversee the financial operations of the company, including managing budgets and financial objectives, achievement of sales targets, controlling expenses, providing financial reporting, and delivering results.\nBuild long-term business relationships with clients, vendors, sub-contractors and partner companies within the Crete portfolio.\nPosition Requirements\nStrong leader with a track-record of leading teams to achieve results.\nDesire to lead a company through a period of transition and rapid growth.\n10+ years management experience in the commercial HVAC industry in the tri-state region.\nPrevious service management or service sales experience\nCommercial HVAC technical knowledge gained through experience as a technician (sheet metal, pipefitter, service tech), estimator, project manager, engineer, or operations/service manager.\nPrevious experience leading teams of 10 or more people\nPrevious experience in a P&L responsible role\nAble to effectively motivate teams and individuals with clear and concise communication\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Work, Excel, etc.)\nCompensation and Benefits:\n- We offer an extremely competitive base salary with a rewarding performance-based bonus plan.\n- Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance\nDynaire, a Crete United company, is an equal opportunity employer, considering all applicants for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, pregnancy, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, marital status, physical disability, sexual orientation, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by state of federal law.
