This role is responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and financial performance of electrical projects while serving as the primary point of contact for customers, general contractors, and field leadership.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nField Leadership & Project Execution\nDevelop and maintain master project schedules and execution plans\n\nGain buy-in and commitment from Field Managers (FM) to schedules, budgets, and project goals\n\nFoster a collaborative, high-performance jobsite culture through strong field leadership\n\nLead weekly project meetings with Field Managers to review progress, manpower, material, tooling, and subcontractor needs\n\nMonitor job progress against schedule, productivity, and cost targets\n\nEnforce company policies and procedures through field leadership\n\nEvaluate field personnel performance per established company processes\n\nParticipate in project kickoff, construction, turnover, and close-out meetings\n\nContract & Financial Management\nCoordinate purchase orders, change orders, submittals, critical materials, permits, and inspections\n\nWork closely with the Project Coordinator to manage documentation, correspondence, schedules, and reporting\n\nSupport accurate job costing, change order pricing, and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle\n\nEnsure timely completion of project close-out documentation including O&M manuals and as-built drawings\n\nSafety & Risk Management\nPromote and reinforce a strong safety culture across all job sites\n\nEnsure effective weekly jobsite safety meetings led by field leadership\n\nParticipate in and support general contractor safety meetings\n\nEnforce company and jobsite safety policies and procedures\n\nEncourage field participation in company-sponsored safety training programs\n\nSupport company safety initiatives and committee involvement\n\nClient & Stakeholder Relationships\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with general contractors, owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, vendors, and trade partners\n\nRepresent Piper Electric professionally in all project-related interactions\n\nProactively address project challenges to support successful outcomes and repeat business\n\nAdditional Responsibilities\nAttend staff, operations, and manpower planning meetings\n\nSupport recruiting efforts by identifying and recommending qualified field talent\n\nProvide input and support for continuous improvement initiatives\n\nJob Qualifications\nStrong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local codes\n\n4+ years experience managing commercial and/or industrial electrical construction projects\n\nProficiency with project documentation, scheduling, and change order processes\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nExcellent planning, organizational, and time-management abilities\n\nDemonstrated leadership, coaching, and team-building skills\n\nAbility to drive accountability and results through others\n\nWhat’s In It For You\n$110K - $140K base salary\nMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance\n401(k) with Company Match\nPaid Time Off and paid holidays\nCompany-paid Life Insurance\nShort- and Long-Term Disability\nCareer growth opportunities across the Crete United network\nCheck out our video for more information:\nBuild The Future with Crete United\nWe are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level.
